CNC machining and milling facilityCreative’s CNC machining and milling facility provides its customers with a first-class, fast and cost effective precision machining service. Equipment includes a Dugard Mini Mill 450 small batch milling machine and a Dugard Eagle 100 computerised lathe.

This facility is key to Creative’s commitment to provide a complete ‘Design to Production’ sub-contract service.

Dugard Eagle 100 computerised latheThe computerised lathe has a turning capacity of 280 mm diameter and a cutting length of 290mm, with a capacity for a 45mm diameter bar. Supplied with a 10-turret tool station the lathe can run up to speeds of 6000 rpm. The machine also has a parts catcher, swarf conveyor and bin and Fanuc OTD control.

The small batch milling machine has a table size of 700 x 320mm and take loads up to 150Kg.
