A reliable and efficient method of joining together a wide range of metals, especially suited to joining precision foils 0.05mm thick and above.
A joining process in which the components are evenly heated to a temperature just over the melting point of the brazing alloy.
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is frequently referred to as TIG welding. This is a commonly used high quality welding process.
Induction brazing is a well proven, controlled and localised form of brazing.
Deploying the latest manufacturing techniques to produce many different types of pressure sensitive elements.
Creative Group offer a wide range of inspection techniques to satisfy most quality requirements.
Creative Group offers a first-class precision machining service through its CNC machining and milling facility.
For many years we have manufactured and designed pressure sensors (capsules) and pressure sensitive elements (diaphragms) to customer specifications. In addition Creative can offer a number of standard capsules from stock.

Pressure sensors (capsules)Capsules

All capsules are manufactured to a high standard with all welded joints in stainless steel AISI 316L.

Ranges are from 5 mb to 1000 mb single pack construction.Other ranges, sizes, materials & variations are available on request.

A standard range of capsules in two sizes, 76mm and 63mm nominal diameter, are available ex-stock.

Diaphragms

We have the experience and the latest manufacturing techniques to produce many different types of pressure sensitive elements.

The choice of material is determined by the working media & performance characteristics required. We are able to offer Inconel X750, Armco 17-7PH, Stainless steel & Beryllium copper.

For applications requiring high corrosion resistance the more exotic alloys developed specifically for the chemical industry may be used, such as Tantalum, Hastelloy C and Monel 400.
